Jason Gridley, D.C., co-director of the C.O.R.E. rehabilitation clinic at CPR, completed his undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at the University of Colorado at Boulder. He later received his doctorate of Chiropractic from Life Chiropractic College West, and went on to practice in Maui, Hawaii pursuing his passion for surfing and outdoor sports. Hawaii provided the perfect setting to develop a variety of techniques for treating sports injuries in both elite and amateur level athletes alike.
Dr. Gridley is a certified Active Release Techniques® provider for Spine and the Extremities; he has completed advanced training the University of Beijing, China for Biomedical Acupuncture and utilizes various forms of needling therapy for joint pain, myofascial pain, and nerve pain. Applying his unique combination of acupuncture, advanced soft-tissue mobilization, and joint manipulation, has proven to be an ideal protocol for almost all injuries that present to the clinic. Dr. Gridley is an accredited Level 1 provider under the Colorado Division of Worker’s Compensation. He integrates injury specific, evidence-based treatment, and conservative pain management into CPR’s multi-disciplinary approach to patient care. His mission in patient care is to complement the treatment of our other specialists to achieve maximum results in the shortest amount of time. During his down-time, he enjoys skiing, golf, surfing, and spending time with family and friends.
