Dr. Fall is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Vanderbilt University in 1990 having majored in biomedical engineering and mathematics. She attended medical school at the University of Florida and did her residency at the University of Colorado. She specializes in the nonsurgical treatment of all musculoskeletal injuries, but particularly spinal injuries and myofascial pain. She especially enjoys treating athletic injuries.  Dr. Fall and her husband, Michael, have three children. She is a fitness enthusiast, and a certified Tae Bo (R) fitness instructor.
