Dr. Pitzer is board certified in Neuromuscular and Electrodiagnostic Medicine and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. His educational background includes

• Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry from Dartmouth College and completion of his medical degree from Dartmouth Medical School in 1985.
• Dr. Pitzer received postgraduate training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Ohio State University.

Dr. Pitzer has been practicing medicine for 20 years in Colorado . He is currently an Associate Clinical Professor at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center and is Co-director of the Peripheral Nerve Injury clinic. He is also involved in the Spine clinic and the Electrodiagnostic testing lab with special interest in peripheral nerve injuries and unusual electrodiagnostic studies. Other interests include General Musculoskeletal Conditions and Complex Regional Pain Syndrome.
